2.14 аудит знаний (Knowledge Audit): Систематический пересмотр знаний, проводимый, как правило, с помощью вопросников, интервью или отчетов. Проводится внутри организации. Часто включает идентификацию взаимодействий и перетоков знаний внутри одной организации или между несколькими организациями, командами и индивидуумами.
